How to: Use a calling card with Phone Dialer.
Solution:
Select the 'Dial using Calling Card' check box on the 'My Locations' tabbed page and select the type of calling card. Type the calling card number.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Programs', select 'Accessories', and select 'Phone Dialer'.
3) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Dialing Properties...'.
4) Select the 'Dial using Calling Card' check box. (The 'Change Calling Card' dialog box appears.)

5) Do one of the following:
a) Use a defined calling card type by selecting it from the 'Calling Card to use' drop-down list.

b) Create a new calling card type:
1] Click 'New...'. (The 'Create New Calling Card' dialog box appears.)
2] Type a name for the calling card in the 'Create a new calling card named' box.

3] Click 'OK'.
4] Click 'Advanced...' to define the dialing rules. (The 'Dialing Rules' dialog box appears.)
NOTE: Dialing rules can be copied from a previously-defined card and then customized as needed.
5] To copy a predefined calling card's rules:
a] Click 'Copy From...'. (The 'Copy Dialing Rules' dialog box appears.)
b] Select a calling card from the list.
c] Click 'OK'.
6] Modify the dialing rules as needed.
7] Click 'Close'.
6) If necessary, type the calling card number in the 'Calling Card number' box.
NOTE: If the calling card is not required, the 'Calling Card number' box will be grayed out.
7) Click 'OK' to close the 'Change Dialing Card' dialog box.
8) Click 'OK' to close the 'Dialing Properties' dialog box.
9) Dial the desired phone number.
